About the product

These mango slices are made using premium Ratnagiri and Deogadh Alphonso mangoes, carefully peeled, sliced, and frozen at peak ripeness. The Konkan belt is one of India’s most famous Alphonso-growing regions, known for its superior fruit quality, naturally rich aroma, and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Our slices contain no added sugar, sulphites, or preservatives, preserving the fruit’s original flavour, colour, and nutrition. They are ideal for desserts, smoothies, toppings, bakery fillings, yoghurts, and export-ready frozen applications.

Usage & Storage Guidelines

  • Keep frozen at –18°C.

  • Thaw only required slices in refrigerator for 1–2 hours.

  • Do not thaw completely if using in smoothies or shakes.

Mango Shrikhand Cups (Fusion Dessert)
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup hung curd

  • 3 tbsp sugar or powdered jaggery

  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

  • 4–5 frozen mango slices (thawed slightly)

  • Chopped pistachios

Method:
  1. Whisk hung curd, sugar, and cardamom powder until smooth.

  2. Transfer into small bowls or cups.

  3. Top with mango slices and pistachios.

  4. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
