Our Chikoo (Sapota) Slices are hand-picked, peeled, and frozen at peak ripeness to preserve natural sweetness, soft texture, and nutrients. No sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavours are added. Ideal for desserts, smoothies, ice creams, and export-friendly applications.

Usage & Storage Guidelines

  • Keep frozen at –18°C.

  • Thaw only the required quantity in refrigerator for 1–2 hours.

  • Best consumed within 24 hours of thawing.

Chikoo Milkshake (Indian)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen chikoo slices

  • 1 cup chilled milk (or almond milk for vegan)

  • 1 tsp honey or jaggery (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Blend chikoo slices with milk and honey until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes.

  3. Serve chilled, garnished with cardamom powder if desired.
