Our Custard Apple (Sitaphal) Pulp is made from ripe, hand-selected fruit, gently deseeded and pulped without any added sugar, or artificial flavours. The result is a creamy, naturally sweet pulp rich in Vitamin C, magnesium, and dietary fibre — ideal for beverages, desserts, and dairy-based products.
Usage & Storage Guidelines
Store frozen at –18°C or below.
Thaw in refrigeration (4–6°C) before use — do not refreeze thawed pulp.
Best used in milkshakes, ice creams, basundi, smoothies, bakery fillings.
