Our Jamun Pulp is made from fresh, deseeded Jamuns with no added sugar, preservatives, or processing chemicals, retaining the fruit’s raw nutrition and authentic tangy-sweet flavour. Its low glycemic index, high fibre content, and ability to improve insulin sensitivity make it an ideal fruit-based ingredient for diabetic-friendly beverages, desserts, and smoothies.
Usage & Storage Guidelines
Storage Temperature: –18°C or below.
Thawing: Transfer only required quantity to the refrigerator for 3–4 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature or under running water.
Shelf Life After Thawing: 24–48 hours.
Do Not Refreeze once thawed to maintain quality.
